Renovations
Our office undertakes the renovation of existing properties. In all the renovations we undertake, we use excellent craftsmen with whom we have a long-standing collaboration. We install branded and reliable materials, which are accompanied by the necessary certifications and warranties. The financial offer we prepare is accompanied by an analysis of the cost of both the individual tasks and the materials to be incorporated into each project. We remain faithful to the timelines agreed upon with the undertaking of the renovation.
Electronic Property Identity Certificate
Our office undertakes the issuance of electronic property identity certificates. The electronic property identity certificate is the electronic folder of a property, which, upon submission, records and monitors the current status of the property and any changes according to the law for the protection of the built environment 4495/2017 (Government Gazette A167/3.11.2017). The electronic property identity certificate is required for any transaction involving a property, excluding rentals. It concerns all properties that have been built or are being built with a building permit, as well as all regularized properties. Private engineers designated and authorized by the owner are responsible for submitting the electronic property identity certificate. The completeness certificate for the electronic property identity certificate or the completeness certificate for the electronic property identity of an autonomous divided property is issued by the engineer and bears a unique number. The inspection and re-inspection of all properties is mandatory at a time to be determined according to the category of the property.
