We have been involved in the study and construction of larger and smaller technical projects, such as bridges, roads, and buildings, since 1989. Our team’s main activity is the construction of buildings, either through the exchange system or on privately owned plots, and the renovation of private buildings.

For us, every building we construct is our “child” and the customer (landowner-buyer) is a person with whom we build a long-term relationship of trust that continues even after the delivery of the residence

STUDY
Experienced architects, civil engineers, geologists, geotechnical engineers, and interior designers design and study high-quality buildings, combining our accumulated knowledge and expertise with the latest trends in architecture, strict adherence to anti-seismic regulations, energy conservation, as well as the use of new technology materials.
CONSTRUCTION
For the construction of our buildings, we choose our partners and suppliers with very strict criteria. In our buildings, from the foundation to the delivery of the ready-to-use residences, our supervision is personal and daily. We strictly follow schedules and deliver the homes within the agreed timelines.

• Geotechnical, static and seismic study by specialized engineers with extensive experience and excellent technical knowledge.
• Respect for the environment and energy savings through the use of external thermal insulation systems, thermal break window frames, double glazing, autonomous heating systems, solar and boiler hot water systems, heat pumps.
• Furthermore, our buildings have armored doors, oak floors, bathrooms, kitchens and wardrobes of high aesthetics, and outdoor spaces with meticulous planting and fencing that provide protection and privacy.
• Finally, we pay special attention to the exterior lighting of our constructions, so that they provide safety to the users and stand out during nighttime.
